The 2010 FRC game has been announced! Called "Breakaway", the game has a distinct soccer theme. It is played with standard size 5 soccer balls, and the main objective is to score goals! However, the field has obstacles robots must overcome. 1 foot tall "bumps" run across the field, which may prevent robots from passing over them, or even cause robots to topple over. Bonus points are awarded if a robot can elevate itself off the ground and hang from a bar 7 feet high!

UPDATE: Most of the site is back online, but some things may still not work properly. Everything should be back to normal within a few days.
At the off-season FRC Brunswick Eruption 8 on October 31st, we placed 8th in the Qualifying rounds, and placed 2nd during the Elimination rounds, becoming finalists along with alliance teams 56 and 1807.
Mechanical troubles plagued our alliance, with 1807 burning out a roller that powered their ball collector, and with us having a bent ball basket and a broken tube belt that was used to transport the balls from the ground to the basket.
Teams 2753,1923 and 1302 put up some fierce competition all the way, leading us into a 3rd final match, where we were then defeated 70-80.
We're officially attending the Brunswick Eruption 8 off-season competition hosted by Team 25, Raider Robotix at the North Brunswick High School on October 31th. Our team along with over 20 other teams will be there at around 7:00 AM to prepare for the competition, although the main event will not start until around 8:00. The event is open to the public, so everyone is welcome to attend.
